That can be so exhausting on top of already feeling like you want to either scream or throw a blanket over your head whilst flipping the bird to this continuously spinning world. I love working with adult clients age18 and up wanting relief and support with depression, anxiety, burnout, stress management, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. I also have lived experience and feel comfortable walking clients through spiritual/religious transitions, deconstruction & reclamation, including those within the evangelical Christian church.
I take a trauma-informed, integrative, and holistic approach that aims to equip clients with tangible coping tools, education, and resources while offering a safe space to process and receive support, compassion, and validation.
