Schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation

Before I schedule an intake session, I always like to meet with potential clients first to see if we'd be a good fit. The best way to schedule this is by emailing me at info@counselingwithdani.com or using my scheduling portal. I aim to reply to all inquiries within 24 hours.

Fill out all intake paperwork

If we decide to work together, you'll be sent insurance verification info and intake paperwork to fill out no later than 48 hours before your scheduled intake session. This gives me ample time to review your paperwork, verify your insurance and come prepared to our intake session.

Meet for an intake session

I'll be sure to send you the link to join our virtual sessions ahead of time. It will be as simple as clicking the link! During this intake session, I'll get to know what brings you to therapy, what goals you have for your time in therapy, and how I can empower and equip you to make them happen. We will also decide what day/time you'd like to meet consistently. I recommend starting out weekly for at least the first four sessions. As treatment progresses, we will assess your progress and needs to decide if moving to every two weeks is clinically appropriate. Weekly and every two week client slots are guaranteed to remain the same. However, if session frequency moves to monthly booster sessions or "as needed", a slot cannot be guaranteed.
